for all events taking place during 2023
8 am – 12:30am (16 1/2 hours)
- Saturday: $3360
- Friday & Sunday: $2675
- Monday – Thursday: $1890
Hourly Rate
- Monday – Thursday (4Hr Min): $265/hour
- Sunday (8hrs): $1890
Additional Fees
- Cleaning fee: $260 to $475
- $500 fully refundable damage deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% or $1000, whichever is higher, confirms your event.
- There is no sales tax, corkage fee or gratuity.
2024 Rates
for all events taking place during 2024

- Saturday: $3700
- Friday & Sunday: $2950
- Monday – Thursday: $2100
Hourly Rate
- Monday – Thursday (4Hr Min): $300/hour
